Chile's major educational portal, EducarChile, sponsored by the Chilean Ministry of Education and managed by Fundacion Chile published a feature article called "Emotional Intelligence in Public Schools", mid October 2002. The article, written by Mauricio Miraglia, graduate student at Teachers College and our webmaster, reports on the experience of Project EXSEL. The publication raised much interest within the Chilean teachers' community as how to implement Social and Emotional Intelligence in other schools well beyond the New York area.
