Q2: When is a good time to start teaching
kids social emotional learning (SEL)?
A:The good news is that social and emotional
skills can be learned and enhanced at any age. Infants, children and
adults alike can develop their social and emotional understanding;
however, the earlier we start SEL, the more natural a parent and a
child's practice and behavior in emotional competence will be.
