  • Self-Science The social skills curriculum site with lesson plans;
  • PBS Authur Series-Dealing with Feelings (PDF File) Activities and tips to help kids learn to label their feelings and express them in appropriate ways;
  • In the Mix. This PBS-sponsored web site for educators features lesson plans and discussion guides for a variety of health and fitness subjects, including anger management, drug and alcohol abuse, depression, and self-image (typically designed for middle and high school students)
  • Emotional Development Proteachers.org provides a list of activities and tips for teachers about children's emotional development;
  • Do to learn. A great resource for teaching social skills. Contains an interactive animated web-based game for learning to read facial expression.;
  • Education World Thematic tie-ins and weekly curriculum activities, plus articles for administrators and teachers make this a great website for direct or indirect service resources;
  • Project SELF Lesson Plans; from LINCS, operating out of the Ohio Literacy Resource Center, Kent State University, Kent, Ohio, provides national, regional, and state-specific resource material for adult literacy practitioners and students.
